Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes we do! They can be found in each section on our website (New, Skorts, Tops, etc). Immediately after you purchase one, you'll receive an email with the instructions on how to redeem. We offer gift cards in several $ amounts - if you'd like to purchase one in a different amount, just email us at service@smashgal.com and we'll add it for you.
Q: How do I do an exchange?
A: Please send an email to service@smashgal.com and request a Return Authorization # (RA#). Please include your order # and tell us what you'd like to exchange. We will respond within 24 hours (usually within a few hours) with instructions.

Q: Do SmashGal skorts have pockets?
A: We have 2 styles of skorts (skirts w/ built in shorts) and 1 style that's just a skirt (no built-in shorts). The only style that has pockets is our "Longer Skort" style.
Q: I just placed my order but I ordered the wrong item (or size) - can I change it?
A: Please send us an email ASAP to service@smashgal.com and tell us what you'd like to change. We will make every effort to change it before your order is shipped.
A: Yes! Please send us an email ASAP to service@smashgal.com and tell us what you'd like to add. Since we don't store any of your credit card info, we will email you an invoice for the additional item (free shipping) - you'll be able to click on a payment link in the invoice, to securely enter your credit card information.
